I like reading Japanese texts with furigana or, sometimes, an audio track you can read along with. I can't claim to have read enough to be any kind of authority, but 家 is a common word and in all the times I've come across it, it's
always been pronounced いえ. I haven't yet come across a single instance of it being pronouned うち. So I'd suggest you assume it's いえ unless you've a good reason to think it might be うち.
ありがとうございます。
ありがとうございます is actually a comment on the kindness that someone has shown you, so you can't use it to mean "thanks in advance". But よろしくおねがいします does the job nicely!
