    You get 4 credits that can be used to schedule 4 x 30-minute classes or 4 x 60-minute classes a month, depending on your subscription. The subscription and credits will renew automatically each month unless canceled.

    Credits expire 60 days from the date of purchase or automatic renewal.
  • Can I use credits from the previous month?
    Yes, you can use credits for scheduling classes in the current month or the following month.
  • Can I use multiple credits to schedule longer classes?
    Yes, you can use multiple credits to schedule back-to-back sessions for extended classes, subject to teacher’s availability. Please choose a plan that best suits your desired duration (either 30-minute or 60-minute) to accommodate your preference.
  • What if I have no credits left before my account is renewed? (For example, in the case of months that are 5 weeks long.)
    You would need to skip one class until your account can be renewed.
  • I’m unsure of my current level. What should I do?

  • What software and hardware do I need?
    You can learn on any smartphone, tablet, or computer with 1) a camera and 2) a microphone. You will also need to have the free Zoom App installed.
  • What will be the schedule of my online classes?

  • Can I switch to a class at a different time?
    Yes! If your teacher agrees to a different time, then you can switch. Otherwise, we will assign you a new teacher that can work with your schedule.

Each lesson is based around a specific task, whether introducing yourself, talking about where you’re from, or talking about the weather. Along the way, you will learn all the necessary words, grammar rules, and have plenty of opportunities to communicate in Japanese with your teacher.
