I am looking everywhere for this grammar point and can't find it and it seems the natives have a difficulty whenever I ask them how do I use it. How do I use this correctly in a sentence?

I might be wrong, by my understanding of this would be:
Since I think not holding up an umbrella in the rain sometimes is beneficial, I'll just take a nice stroll (in the rain).

But I would actually translate it to English like this:
I didn't bring my umbrella; oh well, sometimes it's nice to walk in the rain!

We often use ～もあり to say "I don't mind", "I can do", "it's fine", "no problem there" etc.

"I think walking in the rain would be fine, for a change, so I'll take a walk."
