Validate Translation

So I went an accidentally deactivated my PSN account (by clicking the wrong link in the activation email *facepalm*), I would let it go but I've gone ahead an linked some of my games to it. Considering the account is a Japanese account the American support team won't deal with it, they just told me to email Japanese support instead.

I'm planning on sending an email to them asking for my account to be restored but my Japanese isn't at all that good.
So I've gone an translated what I want to send using an online translator (Google translate) and I just need someone who is fluent enough to validate it for me.

If you want a tip about your Japanese, I'd say avoid using 私 unless it would be ambiguous not to. To me, repeatedly using it sounds like somebody repeatedly using someone's name instead of a pronoun like 'he, she etc.' In Japanese it's typical to omit parts of a sentence that are implicitly understood. If you want more information on this, try buying the book Making Sense of Japanese; it's very useful.

The tip was really helpful; glad you went an explained it a bit instead of just giving me a translation on its own. I'll also do some research on that book and if it's cheap enough I'll buy it.
