I can't label words in Word Bank any more. Please fix.

Word Bank

Using MS Windows XP.

Word Bank format is completely different now. Before one could check word(s) and then check a label category and the checked word(s) would be added to appropriate category. Now when a label is checked, nothing happens.

I don't see 'Apply' any more (like with the old Word Bank). Or maybe my eyes have gone bad. Where is 'Apply'?

Jessi,

Thanks very much for trying to help me. My 'Word Bank' page looks exactly like the one on your last reply - except that 'Apply', 'Add New Label' and 'Manage Labels' are not listed below my labels. Not sure why or how it could be like that.

Hello again,
Hmm, we're having trouble figuring out the issue - the tech team tested it from your account and was able to see the entire menu including the "apply" button. What browser are you using? Could you try it in a different browser and see if it works?

Thank you VERY much! I opened with Apple Safari and all is working as it should be ('Apply', etc. listed under 'Labels'). Thanks for the suggestion. I always enjoy your lessons too and learn a lot from them.
