It's not in the dictionary or anything, but I personally think だけに or だけあって is similar to "as is to be expected" or "true to one's reputation."
And the second usage of だけに that I was talking in my previous post was a bit complicated, however it still means "So" or "therefore."
Your first sentence and second sentence should be
1)はるな愛は実際は男の人
だけにおっさんのようにグーグーいびきをかく
2)はるな愛は女より女らしい
だけに男性にも人気があります。
If you want to use the second usage of だけに that would be...
はるな愛は女より女らしい
だけにおっさんのようにグーグーいびきをかくというのは、おもしろい。
As Haruna Ai is more feminine than real women, the fact she/he snores like an old man amuses me.
