Put a SMALL tsu, note. A large tsu is, of course, read 'tsu'.
I guess she can call herself 'fourth month' if she really wants to. Seems pretty dense, though. It'd be a lot smarter to just go by エープリル(eipuriru), if she wants to be taken seriously by anyone.
If I was gonna go for something funky like that, I'd probably go for 卯月(uzuki) anyway, because it's the old month name based off the zodiac, and also an actual name. That's a fair 'if,' though.
(There actually are a couple names written 四月 though. They're pronounced differently, however.)
It's possible that's just my perspective. I'm the kind of guy who gets irritated when Chinese people introduce themselves as "Susan" or "Frank," even though it's been normal to do for ages, so my views may not be representative. (Seriously, though, it's really annoying.)
You don't find your name in Kanji. Your name doesn't have Kanji. You can fabricate some, but it's just about mashing kanji that have sounds that match the sounds in your name together.
