Comments
HideHi Listeners! Do you know any other related slang expression? Post them in the comments.
Hi IFTEKHAR I ASIF,
Thanks for the question.
"how to say 'flirt' in Japanese?"
>> If it's a verb (he often flirts with women.), you can use いちゃつく. (彼はよく女性といちゃつく。)
If using it as a noun (he is such a flirt.), you can say 浮気者・うわきもの (彼はすごい浮気者) or 気の多い人 ・きのおおいひと (彼は気の多い人だ。)
When using 浮気者, the assumption is that the person is in a relationship.
Sincerely,

Liさん
Thank you for your question :)
It really depends on the person actually how to spell it, but both 「せこい」and 「セコい」are used.
Please let us know if you have a further question :)
Sincerely

Why is sekoi written せこい as Hiragana in the vocabulary, but セコい as katakana in the sentences in the transcript?
