HELP ME!!!!

I have wanted to live in japan ever since i was little, my mother always prouds herself when telling her friends about it. Now im 22 with a decent job and have started to get serious about going/living there. I now have my own place (with 2 friends) and after a number of attemps to learn japanese i stumble across japanesepod101.com which i got to be fair is a GOD send!!

Im already spurting out japanese to my friends (and annoying them) hehe.

Ive herd about programs where u can go to japan for a year to live and help young children learn english, this to me would be perfect, i learn japanese and i teach kids english!!!!!

Does anybody have any idea how i get started? believe it or not im very good with computers and the internet but im unable to find out where i can get one of these programs set up!
