yoroshiku onegai shimasu! Especially since that hiragana scim gadget just dissapeared!

How do I say "I speak very little Japanese"?

I might say "nihongo ga sukoshi shika hanasemasen." 日本語が少ししか話せません。 It's not a literal translation but I think it works better. Welcome to the forum!
