What is the Japanese term for "small talk" or casual, light, trivial chitchat?

OK, I don't really know, but I do have a dictionary, so here goes. There are three words listed.
せけんばなし、　世間話
　　ざつだん、　　ざつだん
　　おしゃべり
The only one that I have heard before is おしゃべり.
