mo - again
ichi - one
do - time

usually followed by onegaishimasu

By the way, the proper spelling is
mou ichi do 　　もういちど NOT
mo ichi do　　　もいちど
this might explain why you had trouble looking it up. This happens to me all the time. I miss a long vowel and then cannot look up the word.
