Download question

I'm not sure if I'm dumb or is it my work laptop preventing me from downloading. I went to itune store, search for japanesepod, found them, went to advance and paste the URL onto the box (feed) to get all the episodes (total of 102?). I click on get episode, and it is obviously downloading. When I go to my library, I can see number 5 next to my podcast (i downloaded 5 epis), but in the actual library, I only see 2. What am i doing wrong??

Also, is there a way where I can do one click to download all old episodes? Now it seems like i have to click get episodes for all of them?
