Ramen Shop Ticket Machines

I'm back in Tokyo next week for business and a bit of vacation. Love eating ramen there, but generally the ramen shops where you buy a ticket for what you want are lottery machiens for me -- I cannot read the buttons and the pictures (if any) are mostly useless.

Can anyone offer a crash course/reference on the stanard characters to find on these machines when ordering ramen and the side dishes?

醤油　（しょうゆ）soy sauce

天ぷら　（てんぷら）tempura

卵　玉子　（たまご）egg

若布　（わかめ）wakame
