Politeness levels are confusing. How do we know when to use which for different situations？

For a common situation in a restaurant for example, how do I say "Can I have some wasabi?"

わさびください？
わさびを持ってきてください？
わさびをもらえませんか？
わさびを持ってきてもらえませんか？
わさびお願いします
わさびをもってきてお願いします

わさびを持ってきてください。Statement this sentence is grammatically correct however, you don’t need to use 持ってくる at restaurants.

わさびをお願いします。Statement
わさびをもってきてお願いします。Incorrect sentence
