I have a question about this expression.
XとXの関係とは・・・？
I am not sure if it means that "What is the connection between X and X" or "Is there any connection between X and X"?
Anyway I hope anyone can help me and thank you to all of you, including the users of this great community.

By this format we can assume the meaning is
Oscar San and Tyler San's connection is '...'
Does that make sense? Sorry if it doesn't I am not a teacher, just a person with a passion for the language.

I really appreciate your help! I think your reply makes sense and you are right. But I think my last message was a little bit confusing because the original sentence included the question mark. So, I wonder what happens if the sentence is something like "オスカルさんとタイラさんの関係とは?", with a final question mark at the end. I guess then the meaning would change to "What´s the connection between Oscar and Tyler?". Am I right?

Throwing in the question mark like in english will change the meaning, instead of assuming the connection, we are changing it to a question.
