This problem is still not fixed, each day when doing my flash cards decks will randomly replace a word in the lesson with another word from some lesson I've never taken. For example, newbie season 1 lesson 27, 二人　has been replaced with なな人. If I go to lesson 27 二人 (in the audio lessons) is still there but if I try to edit the deck to replace the correct card 七人 is now in the lesson and I cannot fix it.

This is getting really tiresome, I'm not sure what you all are doing with the scripting but whatever it is, you are breaking the system.

same here, i've also noticed that some words i had in my flashcard list aren't even in youre database (for example words "君" and "消える") anymore.
I'm starting to be a bit angry because this is like 2 month and such CRITICAL PROBLEM was not fixed yet.

today i had over 500 vocab words reseted. is there anyway how you could you fix that problem fast ?
These problems i have with flashcard section lately are just riduculus.
month before my cards has been randomly replaced (and they still are) and now this?
Could i please talk with some authorized person by another way than emails and forum because it tooks you 3 days to reply.

Hi

i think the flashcards are broken really hard.
I have a core 2000 flashcard deck. I have my settings to 5 new Items per session. Up until today this was fine, because i got my new cards + due ones and got all 6 different study modes for every new item in the session. Meaning i could go through a word 6 times before it got replaced with a new one.
Now i get 5 new items every time i start the flashcard deck resulting in a mass of new flashcards. No human beeing can learn 5 new items in every session!
Lets say i start the deck 10 times a day, which i normally do, i would have 50 new words and would have repeated every word just once!
You just cant learn like this.
Please fix.

Yes, they are broken even worse today. I just did a deck and it went backwards in progress even tho I was hitting well on my knowledge of the word.

I did notice some problems during the week but nothing particularly serious.
Today, I had 5000 words in my due list and most of the problems that you mentioned.

I expect an explanation and a prompt solution.

It's a shame it's not working as expected - all my words look ok in the edit mode.

The only plus I've taken is that it refreshes some easy words that I learned a while ago. Also, these flashcards do work - while the lists miss a lot of important words and have some odd (random ones), they do allow me to talk (basically) to my Japanese friends.

Apparently they are still broken. I have the same problem as everyone else posing here. I can't seem to make any progress on tough words like 手,　九, or 魚

Yep, snapped like a twig for me. I go through 20 at a time, and every single time there's around five of the same ones cropping up, saying they'll be displayed again in about 7 days' time.

Of course, they're there again when I restart.
