Japanese Complete Audio PC

Hello
I got the software package listed here:

When downloaded I got 10 EXE files which work as independent Programs for each lesson even tho in the first screenshot above it shows all the lessons in one sidebar. Is there a way to install them so that I get this?

Also when I mark a lesson as done and close the apps it does not save my progress which is slightly annoying as I have to keep figuring out which lesson I stopped on, any way to fix this? Again this relates to the apps running, rather than being installed, and the files are being stored in a temp directory so they are deleted as soon as the apps closed.
