Premium account went to wrong account. It went to this account instead of my account. Very angry. Nobody to answer the phones on the help line. Got an overdraft fee. Took more than all my money. All I wanted to do was learn japanese and this site ruined my life.

Said it was monthly. I thought that meant I would be paying $6 monthly. I was happy with doing that. This site lied to me and put the premium account on the wrong account. I am crying. My life is ruined. No food. I will die. Thank you for taking my food money.
