五　＝　ご　＝　Go 　Which means 5
番　＝　ばん　＝　Ban　Which means "th" or "the number of ”
通り　＝　どおり　＝　Doori　Which means "street" or "avenue"

All together they would mean 5th avenue.

I don't know what the English translation on the site was, but I will check. Could be a discrepency.

You are right, it means "Fifth Avenue"! We have reported the mistake and it will be fixed soon.
Also the correct Japanese is 五番街 not 五番通り for “Fifth Avenue”.
It’s almost the proper noun for the avenue in New York.
