What are the exceptions to these rules?

uuunut7517-san,
kon'nichiwa!

Will you clarify your questions, please?
Ideally providing:
- what you've understood so far and what you haven't (or what's bothering/confusing you); and
- example sentences with English translations.

Thank you!

Hi,
What do you mean by -te and -yo form?
If you're talking about -te form like 書いて/食べて/して (kaite/tabete/shite),
maybe the best solution is to get a grammar book or refer to the related lessons here on JPod101, as there are quite a few.

-yo form? Such as 食べよう(tabeyou)?
Please give more information, so Natsuko sensei and others can answer your questions more precisely.

uuunut7517-san, Teabag-san,
ah, I see; there were those possibilites...thank you, Teabag-san!
I actually thought "suffix" meant "the particle(s) at the end of the sentences"

uuunut7517-san, I guess now you see why I asked you to clarify your question; if you are
asking this question, it means you've at least have some idea or heard of some sentences
with those "te" and/or "yo", right?
If the reply from Teabag-san still doesn't answer to your question, please feel free to ask us
again with possible sentences using them.
As Teabag-san mentioned, so-called "te-form" has many meanings and we have many lessons
covering them.
