Actually, this would be a perfect time to learn the Kana. :)
That is, if you're good, a weeks work, if you're VERY good, a weekend. Or in this case, you can use a chart with the Kana and their readings.
Actually, I couldn't help you, 'cause I never learnt romaji and quite frankly, simply can't read them very well. Wouldn't know where to use Katakana for example.
Maybe someone might take the time (And it would take some time) to translate it, until then, you can try it yourself:

Oh, I see -- chipa0kay7796-san wants the text rendered from roumaji into Japanese? I had to fix a couple of typos but otherwise I've left it untouched. The corrected typos are:-

hitoripotchi ⇒ hitoribotti/hitoribocchi
nihoniago ⇒ nihongo

This is the kanji version:-

僕の奥さんになってくれる ?
ずっと一緒にいてほしい、を 幸せにします、返事を待ってるよ。
とても綺麗だ、わかってくれるといいけどね、ひとりぼっちだね、死んでしまいたい。
僕のこと好きだって言ってくれよ。
これは僕の問題だから。
どうやって説明したらいいのかが分からない。
君のために日本語を話せるように頑張るよ。

And this is the kana version (with spaces to help readability):-

kon'nichiwa :D

Wow that's a perfect transcription, マイケルsan! :oiwai:
Thank you very much for your kind help!

I agree with Kurokuma-san; it'd be a good opportunity for chipa0kay-san to start learning kana
even because most of the text were written very very good in romaji.
It sounds like lyrics of a song....is it?

Thanks to you マイケル-San, I don't know how to say how much I really appreciate for your help and I really appreciate for your great efforts by taking your time to help me to resolve my problem, and thank you for all of you.

This is the script that I've had made.

Dear (......),

Could you be my wife?
I want to be with you all the way, I want to make you happy, I'm waiting for the reply.

You're so beautiful, I hope you will understand. I'm lonely and feels like want to be death. Since this is my problem. Don't know how to explain, I'll do my best to learn speaking in Japanese for you. It is not easy talking with you. I can’t wait to grow old with you, My love for you will never end.

Chipa.

I know it's a bit corny.

Chipa-san,
that's very romantic! So, basically you want to propose this lady in Japanese?
Let us help you

In Japanese, we usually say the most important thing at the end of the speech.
Accordingly, I'd change a bit of context order...

Dear (......),
...さんへ

You're so beautiful, I hope you will understand. I'm lonely and feels like want to be death. Since this is my problem. Don't know how to explain, I'll do my best to learn speaking in Japanese for you. It is not easy talking with you. I can’t wait to grow old with you, My love for you will never end.
[her name] さんはとてもきれいだと思います。
僕は孤独で、死んでしまいたいこともあります。でも、これは僕の問題。
どう説明していいかわかりませんが、[her name]さんのために、日本語を頑張って勉強します。
[her name]さんと話すのが簡単ではないからです。
一緒に年を重ねていきたいです。私の想いや愛情が消えることはありません。

Could you be my wife?
I want to be with you all the way, I want to make you happy, I'm waiting for the reply.
私の奥さんになってくれますか。
ずっと一緒にいて、[her name]さんを幸せにしたいんです。
お返事お待ちしています。

This is just a literal translation of what you wrote in English.
I have no idea about your current relationship with this person, so please understand that this cannot be the
best in any situation.

Are you currently studing Japanese? Does she understand English at all?
Sometimes, this kind of message can sound more romantic in English or other language
and, if you want, you can say only the most important part in Japanese.
