Beginner?

Hey guys, I'm new here. I've started on Beginner Season 1 - but I'm finding some of the lessons are really overwhelming. Especially the Dating Game ones. Seems more like an Intermediate lesson to me. As the seasons progress, does beginner get a little bit more straight forward? I'm not a total beginner, I studied Japanese for a couple of years at highschool - but I'm getting lost in some of the season 1 stuff. I will persevere, but just wondering how the content changes later in the seasons (as obviously this is the very first stuff recorded). Thanks.

Sorry if you found some lessons difficult...
What exactly did you think was difficult and advanced?

It's possible that the method and style of lessons are different from classroom lessons,
so it can be "fast" and/or "casual". It's normal if you feel some differences.

If you have some knowledge already, you can of course start from the beginner or even upper level.
However, in terms of "getting used to the lesson style", you can also start from the lower level than
your actual level. You probably know all those lower levels' grammar, so you can forcus on expressions
and practices.
