is there any difference between おなかがすきました , おなかがすく and おなかがすいた in the meaning?

Hello furkanhans,

there's only a grammatical difference there, as far as I can see it.

The first one says "I was hungry" in the polite form, the second says "I am hungry" in the non-polite (dictionary) form, and the last one says "I was hungry" in the non-polite (dictionary) form.

At least until I'm not overlooking something.

It's a little bit difficult to compare with English because we use different tense to say the same thing.
おなかがすきました。 => "I'm hungry" in the polite form, but すきました is past tense.
おなかがすく。 => "to become hungry" in the non-polite (dictionary) form
おなかがすいた。 => "I'm (OR got/became) hungry" in the non-polite (dictionary) form.

When we say "I'm hungry" in English, the tense is non-past/present, but in Japanese, it's past tense (すきました).
