What is the difference between 一瞬 and 瞬間?

Hello everyone,
I am learning Japanese and got a problem.
As the topic's subject says, I want to know the difference between 一瞬 and 瞬間.
And in the following sentence, what I should I choose?

一瞬 vs 瞬間?
I'm not totally sure but from the kanji in those words it seems like 一瞬 = 一つの瞬間 if that makes sense.

The answer to this sentence is 瞬間 because, like エリックsan explained,
一瞬 means "one second" literally. 瞬間 is more like "that moment" or any "moment".
In this sentence, by using this word 瞬間, together with 彼女にあった, it makes
"the moment where I met her".

There's another possibility in natural Japanese:
彼女に会ってすぐ、この人は友達になれそうだと気付いた。
This ～てすぐ is often used in sense of "as soon as" or "the moment after".
