Vocab Flashcards not adding decks

I'm seeing the same problem.

If I add vocabulary flashcards from the Review section of the lesson page, there is some activity and then the flashcard page loads--but the deck isn't there.

If I add vocabulary flashcards from the Lesson Materials section of the lesson page, I get an error dialog that says "Error UE007 has occurred".

Hello! I'm new here. Got the premium access for the first time today and I'm already experiencing problems like described in this topic. My decks wont create, and there are no deck in my decks. (as far as i know there should be 100 most common words deck already in there)!

Try clearing out your cookies and browser cache, and then restarting the browser. Sometimes when you've just started a paid-for subscription, the browser carries on supplying the not-paid-for details to the website and the paid-for features won't work.

Unfortunately this is the first thing i did, i even tried different browser but no luck. My decks section is empty and i could not add words to deck or create new decks.

In that case try e-mailing (support e-mail address) describing the issue, mentioning you've already tried clearing the cache and anything else you've tried, and including your username as the problem might well be something to do with your account.

I've checked the Flashcard creation and decks, and it's working fine for me.
Since deleting the cache is not working, could you try to use another browser, please?

Tech support helped me (it was problem on their end as they said). Everything was working fine. But now again flashcards are not work. When you go to my flashcards everything is messed up and nothing works. Tried different browser - everything is the same.

It's an unfortunate coincidence. The flashcards have got a problem and it looks like we're all seeing the same thing you are (a very long page with all the normally hidden stuff listed out down the left).

So I think your problem has been fixed and what you're seeing now is a different problem that's affecting all of us.

I just tried creating a deck from the vocabulary on one of the lessons, and it worked just fine. Can you be more specific about what steps you took so that we can see if anyone else has the same problem when they do the same thing?
