Kinda ticked and confused about subscription

So in my payment history i subscribed to the Basic for 24 months on 1/09, and then I upgraded to Premium for 12 months on 1/11 (two days later)
But it seems my premium did not override the basic.
So it seems for 12 months minus two days I'm paying for basic and premium when I should just be paying for premium when I upgraded to premium.

Help! Am I being cheated out of my moneys?

E-mail giving them your username (so they can find your account) and details of the problem. I've had a couple of subscription problems and they've been sorted out quickly and to my complete satisfaction, and I'm sure you'll find the same.

Of course, it's now late on Friday evening in Japan, so I guess you might not get an instant response.
