Can a foreigner can work in Japan as a Baker? or pastry chef ? you are japanese isnt it?. i think your answer will be more reliable. '' いつも、ありがとうございます！''. my japanese friends is NOT Online for 3 days now so i can't ask them.

As Japanese, we don't need visa to work in Japan and we're usually not savvy in that field, and I'm one of them.
Still, I believe it's possible to work as baker or chef in Japan. The question is "what kind of employment would you
probably have"? If you're employee, either your employer arrange visa for you or you yourself need to get work
permit somehow. If you're trying to have your own shop, you'll be self-employer and you'd probably need to be
already eligible for longer stay in Japan with work permit without limits.

Ok thanks , one of my relatives wants to be a pastry Chef or baker and planning to work abroad someday.. i recommended to choose Japan.. thats why i asked this question. but i think if someone Start their own Shop in japan they also need to provide Money for reconstruction of the shop isn't it? . it would be more time and effort and a Lot harder . but OK so the japanese restaurants, Shops or bakeries, can hire foreigners.

it'd be quite hard to "build" your shop in Japan...true.
The best would be, as you said, finding some place that hire your relative, and then see the possibility
while working actually in Japan.
In any ways, it'd be quite difficult to start a business in foreign/strange place without really knowing "the market".
Your relative can sort it out (all the issues) while being in Japan.

Natsuko sensei ! they just Ask me... what do you think is the Required Education for working as a pastry chef or Baker in Japan ?? my Relative is still on high school not yet in University or College. What is the Education Required ? high school graduate? University Graduate? or what ?

you mean required (education) to become baker or pastry chef?
I don't think there's requirement of normal schools. I think what your relative might need is
training at pastry school if any school certificate is required.
Otherwise, experiences.

One last thing, so you need to have an employer for working in Japan, They just asked me where to Find employer ? i myself have No idea. Do you know where can we find employer ? Sorry we have no experience on working oversea..

I don't want to deny dreams of anyone, but one thing you should know is that it's always difficult to
work in any foreign countries...unfortunately
If you already have some kind of permit to stay and work in Japan, things are a lot easier, but if you find
an employer who can support your visa, it's quite much....impossible unless you (or your employer) has good
reason why. If it's a position within office, you might be able to find information at agencies, but still
the possibility is quite low.
In case of chefs, I'm sorry but it's beyond my knowledge...

Considering the fact you said your relative is young enough not to complete high school, why don't you
recommend some study in Japan? It could be culinary school, right?
I'm not a career consultant, so I shouldn't really give specific advice on that, but there're some vocational
school options. At least I know one Sushi school in Tokyo where foreign students can also learn with certain
language suuport.

I think your relative needs to do some research by himself/herself. There're tons of information out there,
and I'm not even close to any of those info.
