Question about subscription

Hello teachers i have some questions about the premium+ subscription

How many hours per week is the one on one lessons?
I am also a super newbie on japanese...so can i attend lessons from teacher at my very basic japanese level?

Also my english is not perfect...so will the teachers speak to me and understand?
I Hope so...

Do you reccomend me to get that subcription for my super newbie level?or i should just continue on the normal premium membership until i get a very basic japanese level?

I studied the hiragana...all the characters but they are kinda dusted in my mind and i get lost with some characters that look the same

My english level is a standard one,so i hope that it will not be a burden in my learning experience.

If you subscrive premium membership, you have "unlimited" access, so you can learn as many lessons
as you want in a week!!
Don't worry about your English either!! As far as I'm concerned, your English is more than good enough
