Premium feed has no episodes

I followed the instructions and clicked the selections and clicked the premium link which opens up the downcast iPad app automatically, entered in the login credentials but no episodes appeared.

Can anyone help please? Thanks.

I went through the same process of setting up a Premium feed and ended up running into some issues too, so let me get back to you after the tech team has had a look at it. Thank you for your patience :ue:

The issue with the Premium Feed should be fixed now. Please let us know if you are still facing issues.

I'm still having the same issue with the Premium feed. I also tried to use My Feed, selected which episodes I wanted but the part that said click itunes link contained no link. Help!

I'm having the same problem with the basic feed it says I have no episodes - nothing is working. Sounds like your problem is fixed, so how did you fix it?

I have been having the same problem with zero episodes on the premium feed.

Recently we've been having some issues with the Feeds, but our tech team is working hard to fix it! :)
Please try refreshing your feed on iTunes. Also, please click on Old Episodes to see all episodes for your feed.

If you're still having problems, please send us an email to telling your problem in detail.
