Hi,
As well as Japanese, I am a paid subscriber to the French and Greek language pods.
These two sites have been down literally for days now, which is aggravating to me, as it seems that my money is going down the drain. I have sent a message via the "Contact Us" page, but have had no response whatsoever.
If this had been a planned outage, it would have been the courteous thing to do to let subscribers know (I didn't receive any such notifications).
Has anyone else experienced this, and does someone know what is going on ?
