RSS feeds only have 10 or 100 lessons?

I just got an email saying that "you can download ALL the audio and video lessons and ALL the lesson notes with ONE click of a button." However, when I open the feed (itpc://www.japanesepod101.com/basic_feed/feed.xml) in Zune, it seems like quite a lot of content is missing. For example, the only Intermediate Season 1 content I see are 3 items for #84 and 3 items for #85.

Similarly, if I try to download all of Intermediate Season 1, I try to use this feed: http://www.japanesepod101.com/category/ ... iate/feed/ however, it only has the last 10 episodes!

How can I easily download every episode from Intermediate Season 1?
