Pratice Japanese and making new friends

I am new to the site and looking to pratice my Japanese with others on the site. My Japanese is still new but know enough to have small conversations. If anyone is looking for someone to pratice with and exchange a conversation in Japanese for pratice. Maybe start small and have conversations on skype or here is good.
