on japanese tv i hear (ii po) but cant find its translation anywhere. can someone help . thanks hillbilly.

Are you sure it's ii po? Perhaps you mean ippo? While I've heard muri-po before (I guess it originated from muri-ppoi ...?), I can't say the same for ii po. If it's the former, I don't know... I'd guesstimate that it might be some super-geeky variant of ii yo. If the latter, then it means "one step," which is very commonly used.
