I'm off to Japan next year to meet my partner's family, and he recommended that I just learn to speak Japanese and understand hearing it. I'm in the UK and practicing Japanese is pretty no existent. I hope to learn the writing at a later date, but for now speaking and listening is very important to me. I'm currently subscribed to the basic subscription, but I don't get to practice speaking and I don't get to test myself either. Is the premium subscription primarily for testing reading and writing? I'm looking for something to practice and test my listening and speaking. Thoughts?
