I've had this issue ever since joining as a "Premium" member. I've tried multiple podcatchers, including Juice, and nothing works.
Tried:
Windows XP, 32-bit, iTunes 8.11, 8.21, 9.0, 10, 10.21, 10.22 (currently still testing, still getting the password prompt every 2 seconds).
Windows XP/32-bit, Juice almost sort of seems to work but silently refuses to download most of the feed; looks like the PDF notes don't get downloaded, same as iTunes.
Linux, Ubuntu 64-bit, gPodder (constant 401 errors, authentication required), Liferea, and a few not worth mentioning. Nothing works. All either refuse to download (with 401 errors) or give the password prompt constantly. Also installed iTunes 10.2.2 via Playonlinux and it's acting the same as WinXP+iTunes.
It's probably not a software problem. I've tried other peoples' computers, many different permutations of podcatchers, iTunes version, Windows versions etc. and it's NOT working.
I emailed support a couple days ago about it. Last time I contacted support (email) it took about a week to get a response so I'm not holding out a lot of hope to get this fixed. Meantime if anybody has a helpful suggestion I'm willing to try it.
I'm also a member of Spanishpod101.com and that Premium feed doesn't have any problems.
