Lang-8 is good, but I find most ppl from there aren't that reliable. Try finding someone that has the same interest as you do, for me it was video games. Been playing with the same ２ guys for the past ３ months, and we have started to include ３ more guys. It's amazing for learning and hearing native speakers!
