Using japanesepod101 podcasts in the classroom

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is legal to use japanesepod101.com podcasts in the classroom (i.e. replay them to the students). Is it required/possible to obtain japanesepod101's consent?

I tried to contact japanesepod101.com via mail but no one would reply to me.

So long as you don't use the content which has to be payed for I'm sure Jpod101 wouldn't mind the free advertising. And I also remember reading a post earlier this year where someone mentioned that there teacher played a Jpod101 lesson in the classroom.
