what i'v learned kanji are symbols that means stuff. like 日means "sun" but if you put it in 日本it sudenntly means Japan, like wtf x'D

doesnt this mean you have to learn like every word. No use of just learning Kanji? x'3

Kanji makes no sense at all >_<

Would be nice if somone here new how it worked and could explain :'(

well...thats all thank u for readnig, and please reply ^^

and why doesn't Japanesepod101 awnser emails?? >:X
i sent them a email a week ago asking them how you did to get the money back if you wasn't satisfied with the "Kanji course" i ordered, but still no awnser. suspicious, hope i wont regret ordering it :S

AND anyone here noticed it says "LIMITED TIME OFFER" on saturday it said the offer was limited til monday and yesterday it said the offer was only until wednesday and today it says it's only till thursday. LOL! Changes everyday x'D

but it don't like that, makes me wonder if i can really trust them :S :/

kanji

Hey,

Learning kanji isn't exactly the easiest thing, but it does make sense most of the time.
In your example you say 日 means sun, but then it means Japan in 日本 (Suns root). I'm sure you'll have heard Japan being referred to as 'The land of the rising sun'. Does it make a little bit more sense now? Learn some vocabulary and grammar before trying to conquer kanji, it'll be much easier.

So, yeah you will have to learn all the words. If you are just learning kanji on their own you are going to be very stumped soon.

Lastly, I think most companies extend their 'limited time only' offers. Just means it's going to end at some point.
