こんいちは 皆!

what does this mean in English?
[これから仲良くしてくださいね]

I'm guessing has the same meaning like よろしく。am I right? pls. correct me.

and this:

[日本人っぽくなかった?]

I know the meaning of "日本人" but I have no idea what "っぽくなかった" means.
why is there "っぽく" attached to 日本人?

honestly, I've never encountered this. usually its "日本人ですか"

I'm so confused. pls. help me.

っぽい is a suffix that means '-like, -ish' and it's characteristic of spoken Japanese. It directly follows nouns and acts as an i-adjective.

You often hear 日本人っぽい to describe someone with good Japanese language/pronunciation. It's hard to translate your sentence well without context, but I guess it's something like 'didn't he sound/seem Japanese?'

You seem to be right about the first sentence as well. It translates something like 'let's go on to have a good relationship'.

Javizyさん ,

ありがとうございます!

I first heard [日本人っぽくなかった?] when a Jap** asked me this.
I thought that maybe it was another way of saying ""日本人ですか".

about [これから仲良くしてくださいね] , is this 敬語(keigo) or just another informal way of saying よろしく。??

*confused*

** edit**

apologies for the term "Jap" :( I mean "Japanese".....

Come on man show some respect , don't use words like "Jap" that's a very derogatory term.

If you invest some time you'll realize that Kanji is based on a logical system, and with effort you may grow to understand the language and culture even more through your knowledge of Kanji.
