If I heard this phrase, I would think of it as someone asking timidly for your favor toward them.

In English I would compare it to, "I hope we can have a good "business" relationship." Or whatever the relationship situation is.

Did you already have an account there or have you been to Japan recently? :o
I'm sorry for going off topic, but I was wondering, since these days I think you need to confirm via cellphone when you're creating your account and it effectively only works with the Japanese network. Or... am I just doing something wrong?
