Pay Pal premium subscription renewal

Hi there,

I bought a premium subscription last year which is going to expire soon. You were having an offer at the time and I payed far less than the usual price. Pay Pal will automatically pay the same amount again if I allow it to renew. Will this automated renewal at the discounted rate be sufficient?

Sorry for the lack of response. My recommendation would be to copy and paste exactly what you have written here and email it to . They deal with subscription/billing questions there, so that would be your best bet for getting an answer. :)

oh really? i had sent an email before regarding the payment of premium that had been deducted from my paypal for subscription that i have cancelled. and they still have not reply me. even after the deduction i still can't log-in to access content. i am not happy about this.

lol...my emails in the past never got replied to0...if someone ask me why I always post in the forum...that is because Jpod101 never reply my email....sorry to say that, but that was my feeling...you guys really need to read your email and make an effort to reply.

Well, my subscription was just about to be renewed at the dicounted price of $99.00 which I paid almost a year ago so I went to my PayPal account to ensure that I had enough funds.

However, on checking my account overview I see that the subscription has been cancelled. I didn't canel it, but it's been cancelled no the less.

****** POST EDIT ********. It seems that PayPal cancelled this subscription while I was re-assigning my credit card to a new address. I deleted the card to add another (and for a short period there was not card), at which point PayPal canelled the $99.00 subscription!

I'm currently investigating this with PayPal.
