-nakya son (grammar question)

Postby kepompong » October 7th, 2009 2:34 am

Heya, guys!
Just wondering if any of you can help me understand this piece of grammar.

Here's an example sentence:
日本に比べてオーストラリアはゴルフ代も安いのでやらなきゃ損ですよ。

Cheers!

なきゃ is a colloquialism on なければ. 損 implies some kind of loss or disadvantage. Or here, kindof a 'miss out'.
