Mixi has changed it so that you need to have a valid Japanese cell phone address in order to register It's a shame, but that's how they've decided to do it. Only those who have a Japanese cell phone can ask for an invite. If you have one, then please provide that address when you make your request here.

Oh, if you registered before they implemented the new policy, you won't be affected in any way, so no worries
