WTFF!!! I've been charged for a Premium TWICEE

HELPP MEEEEEEEE it shows two premium memberships when i only paid for one. its charging me 480$ I've emailed them twice. but I need this fixed asap

Please don't worry! These kinds of mistakes happen and they can be easily fixed. Our customer support team is located in New York, where it is late at night right now, so they probably won't see your e-mail until the morning. But rest assured that once they see it they will fix it!

Thank you very much for responding... I'm just freaking out because I dont have those kind of funds. as long as its fixed before the day ends tomorrow Then I'll be Fine. Im happy with a monthly memembership but I cant afford two 24 months hahaha
