premium plus - getting started

hello,

i´ve subscribed premium plus and answered to the email writing my local time, my skype name but nothing happened. no answer.

the same with my invoice wich i couldn´t pay, because paypal didn´t work. I send the money to the store wrote some emails, but nothing happened too.

i´m disapointed
tell me how i get started with premium plus or don´t you provide this service any more?
and please check your paypal-account i´ve payed my bill
