I have not been on this site in a while nor have I checked my e-mail recently and did not see the subscription renewal charge. I had no idea my account was even setup to charge my account like that. I've stopped the renewing subscriptions now but now I have negative funds in my account because of this. I need this to be reversed now. Is there a quicker way to get in touch with someone?

I've already e-mailed them about the situation.

For subscription issues, e-mail is the quickest way, so just hang tight and I'm sure Rob (customer service) will get back to you soon! :)
