First of all, I would like to thank you for your hard work and congratulate you for this wonderful tool. I am French, living in Paris, and I discovered your method last week. Since I have been using it everyday (podcast lessons downloaded to my iphone). I really want to learn how to speak and I do have a few basics already.
I wanted to ask you the explain a bit more about the difference between Kudasai and Onegaishimasu.
In Japanese restaurants, I usally ask for tea with the following: Otcha Onegaishimasu
I think it is correct. When should one use kudasai instead? for a basic order?
Asking for more tea is kind of asking for a favour?
Thanks in advance
K
