she is a very popular japanese pop singer, i learned alot of vocabulary from her songs!

I used to listen to her a lot while I was in high school. Not as much now, but she is really good. I should really check out her more recent stuff. I haven't heard anything past the Ultra Blue album (which is awesomeness) except that song in the 2nd season of HanaDan.

My favorite song of hers...hmm...I really don't know. I love the Ultra Blue and Deep River albums the most.

I remember she was good at one point, but then decided to make it big in America with an album that was a big flop. It was painful to listen to, so I stopped after that. So did my wife.

Her first English album was her producers idea so I wouldn't hold her entire discography against that. Her last album, Heart Station was AMAZING! Best one so far in my opinion.
Has anyone heard her new english single "Come Back To Me"? I thought it was very good and personally I wish her much success on her 2nd attempt here. I want my concert tour.

It seems Udata hikaru lost many KGs, I was watching her new English song MV,
I even didn't know that's her before seeing the name.

I LOVE Utada Hikaru!! She was the first Japanese singer I really got into and I would say I love her the best of all and would die if she had a concert! I saw her in Miami when she was on her Sephora tour, she is so humble and amazing! I was able to get her autograph and give her a gift. Yeah, I'm a die hard fan! hehehe...

She did lose alot of weight but she looks healthier now...I think she is doing ok, according to her blog.

I think Utada is awful. She is only known now because of that one or 2 songs from kingdom hearts besides that she was nothing but a mere shadow.

Originally, Sanctuary was my favorite but now I love Sakura Drops, and Dareka no Negai ga Kanau Koro. She has a beautiful voice.
