lost audio in my word bank

I need help, I have seem to have no audio any longer in my word bank, even new additions that I have added today the audio is not working.

Hi Martin,
Are you referring to the Word Bank flashcards? Other users have reported the same problem, but I was told that it has been fixed so I will look into it.

Yes that is correct, I can not get any audio in my wordbank flashcards.

missing audio in word bank

I am missing audio on some of the words in my word bank as well. It seems random because some words have audio and some do not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
